Lonely Monsters reworked page

So as I continue to get new pages done up for book one of Lonely Monsters I'm also reworking the grey-tones for the first 24 pages. I was happy with the original tones that appeared in issue #1 at the time, but a few things bugged me about the technique I was using. So when the decision was made to drop the single issue cycle and switch to the graphic novel format I decided to redo the tones for the first issue. Here's a reworked page......

New Stuff

I've been PC-less the last 2 weeks, this put me behind on a couple of projects but allowed me to get ahead on a few more, so it all balances out in the end. Attached are 2 new pieces that will hopefully be available at gallery 696 sometime soon.

Lonely Monsters Update

As of...now...Lonely Monsters is officially switching away from being a quarterly comic series and will instead be continued as a series of larger graphic novels. This is for a number of reasons most of which are far too boring to recount in a blog.

Lonely Monsters - Book One will be released in July/August this year.

See the post below this for a picture of another book that will be released between now and then. Also, keep your eyes on www.cafepress.com/lonelymonsters for some new t-shirts and journals to be added next week, plus 696 Gallery on Sydney Road in Brunswick continue to stock a range of Lonely Monsters merchandise (as well as a few random zombie-free pieces of art by yours truly).
